I agree that when
I make my initial payment that Just Pardons will act on my behalf to obtain a Canadian Pardon, a U.S. Entry Waiver or a FAST card.

The initial payment of $250.00 is non-refundable.

I acknowledge that Just Pardons does not have the authority to grant Pardons, U.S. Waivers or FAST cards. Just Pardons has no control over the length of time it takes to be granted one of the above.

I agree to let Just Pardons act on my behalf in obtaining the necessary information from the RCMP, police, courts, DHS, Canada Border Services Agency, or any government department in order to facilitate my pardon/waiver or fast card application.

If I move, change my phone number and/or email address I will inform Just Pardons in writing. If I do not it may result in my file being closed.

I understand that if I commit a criminal offence while my applcation is in process it will result in my ineligiblity for a Pardon, U.S. Waiver and/or FAST card.
